Ahsel Holding, Inc. was founded in 1999 to coordinate any investments and international operations of the subsidiaries and affiliates of Ahsel Group, and to meet the increasing needs of management, planning and financing in a corporate structure. AYT Hotel Inc., ABS Center Inc. and AS Tourism and Trade Inc. act as the investment, AYT Housing companies within Ahsel Holding Inc. The management companies are mainly AYT International Tourism Management, Construction and Trade, Inc. that operates Intercontinental Almaty, The Ankara in Kazakhstan, Turkiz Hotel and Turkiz Apart Hotel. Astana Tower Services Ltd. that operates business and shopping centers, and Ay-Med Medical Investment Consultancy and Trade, Inc. that operates the Central Clinic Hospital in Baku, Azerbaijan. Ahsel Air Transport, Inc. meets the passenger transportation needs of the Group, and perform commercial air transportation. Ahsel Construction, Undertaking and Trade, Inc., the key division of the Group, is in charge of all the contracting services within the Holding body.
