Ayt Housing Complex LLP. was established in 2004 as one of Ahsel Holding affiliates  for implementing large-scale  housing  projects in Kazakhstan. Within a short period of time , Ayt Housing Complex has started ‘Edelweiss luxury residences’ project consisting of 130 luxury villas, townhouses and garden flats. ‘Edelweiss’ Project also includes social faclities to give utility services to the residents of Edelweiss.  The Dwelling Houses project ‘Ahsel Kent’,  consists of 6844 houses  with social facilities including shopping malls and schools.

Ayt Housing Complex develops and implements it’s projects rapidly and is planning to continue expanding it’s investments in international markets.
